Terms of Service

Thank you for using our services, your custom is greatly appreciated and valued. To make things as smooth as possible we have included this short information sheet as a list of our terms of service.

Appointments

We do our utmost to provide timely appointments. Based on normal workload, we recommend that you book your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. While appointments may be available at shorter notice, they are less likely, so we advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

For Breathwork, KCR and shamanic appointments, payment is due at the end of each appointment / treatment. We accept cash, cheques and card payments via iZettle.

No further appointments can be made until payment has been received in full for any treatment already received.

If you need to cancel an appointment we would be grateful if you could do so with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the normal rate if we are not not given this notice, or indeed if you fail to turn up for an appointment.

Events

For events such as motivational seminars and firewalks, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Due to the nature of these events prompt attendance is required. Late attendees cannot be accepted and will forfeit their attendance. We also recommend no alcohol and no non-medically prescribed mind altering drugs for at least 24 hours beforehand to get the most benefit of your experience.

If the hosts find that you are under the influence of alcohol or non-medically prescribed drugs, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be offered.

Refunds and cancellations for events

  • Should you (the participant) cancel with 28 days (or more) notice, a full refund will be made minus a £5 administration charge per person / ticket
  • Should you (the participant) cancel with between 8 and 27 days notice, a 50% refund will be made
  • Should you (the participant) cancel with 7 days (or less) notice, no refund will be made
  • We may have a waiting list for participants. Should you need to cancel and wish to attempt a transfer of your place(s) on an event, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.  Subject to us being able to fill the vacant space(s), a full refund would be possible minus a £5 administration charge per person / for each ticket re-allocated.

In the unlikely situation that we, Emerald Phoenix, need to cancel an event, a full refund will be provided.

We accept payments for bookings by cash, cheques, and card payments via Paypal.

Your purchase from us constitutes your agreement with these terms and conditions.
